N-300은  연구.개발. SMD부품 신뢰성 및 Proto 작업에 적합한 Vision 방식의 SMD Pick & Place 장비이다

BGA.  PLCC. QFP. SMD Connector 고밀도 작업에 적합한 장비 입니다

 

 Short tape Feeder. Tape. Tube SMD 실장이 가능하며, SMD Rework  고밀도 실장에 사용에 적합한 장비

이며,  어떠한 작은 공간에 설치 가능하다. 기존 사용하는  PC에 Hardware  및Software 설치 후 사용이

가능한 경제적인 장비 이다.

 

 

Feeders 사용 공간을 확장하여 더 많은 Feeder 사용을 할 수 있다.

Windows XP. 7. 8  환경에 호환 운영이 가능하며, Accessory . Nozzle등이 매우 다양하여, 보다 폭 넓은 응용

가능한 장비 이다.

 

 

The 300 machines differ from other semi-automatic machines on the market in the sense that more jobs are left for the machine to perform.


 


            N-300 Features :

 

1.    Motorized X, Y, Z and rotation movements with stepper motors

2.    Split vision for fine pitch components and BGA. With split vision, both the circuit board and part on the vacuum nozzle can be seen on the same screen. Accurate alignment is achieved by adjusting the  X ,Y, Z  and rotation while watching the split vision video either on the PC Bigger split prism is used on the N-300 than the previous models for larger IC's

3.      Direct pick and place, or programmable pick and place sequence

4.      Semi auto or full auto mode for resistors/capacitors

5.      Teaching video camera integrated with split vision prism, no PC vision function

6.      Max. feeder capacity   : 20 SX-2   8mm feeders

7.      loose part tray can not be installed if 20 feeders are installed .

8.      Free feeders  : ten SX-2  8mm tape feeders and one loose part tray included

9.      Works from 0201 to big BGA and other IC's

10.   Pick and place speed over 1000 parts per hour for a trained operator

소량 다품종 SMD Assembly을 하는데 과거는 가능 하였으나 앞으로는 불가능

하다.이러한 이유는 Fine pitch. BGA. uPLCC등으로 수작업으로는 불가능하다.

 

또한 SMD Connector Smalles 한 부품 역시 수작업으로는 한계가 있다.
