Oko 2000up or 1000up PCB 세척기 사용시 A2, A3 Error Message 내용에 대하여 아래 내용을 참고 하시기 바랍니다.

대부분 D.I Water Tank의 공기 혹은 D.I water 내 gas로 인하여 발생된다.

이 때 조치 방법은 아래 와 같이 진행을 하여 보도록 하세요.

1. 먼저 D.I water tank 밑에 넓은 대야 물 받이를 준비하여 밑면에 놓는다.
2. D,I water 공기 제거 밸브을 약간 풀어 공기을 3~5회 제거하여 준다.
3. 2항 작업을 할 때에 코크를 조금 열어야 한다. 많이 열면 D.I 생성 케미칼이 손실된다.
4. 이때 작업을 효울적으로 하기 위하여 솔라노이드을 거치지 않고 바로 D. 연결
5. D.I water에 Out 배출도 배수구로 향하게 한 후 진행을 하면 보다 빠른 Gas을 제거

배수 필터 위치.

만약 배수 필터가 장비의 상단 높이 보다 필터의 하단이 낮을 경우 물이 배출되어
같은 Error가 발생될 수 있다.

조치 방법 : 이때에 배수 필터의 높이를 세척기 상단 높이 와 필터 하단 높이 이상으로
고정하여 주시기 바랍니다.

배수 Hose 끝이 물에 닿으면 않됨. 이것은 배수 호수 내 공기가 있으면
배수 필터 이후에서 물을 배출을 하지 못하는 현상으로 역류 됨.

반드시 배수 Hose는 물이 자연 낙하 되도록 하여야 한다. 이러기 위하여
배수가 수지으로 내려 가던지 혹은 넓은 양동이 과 같은 곳에서 물이
배수 필터에서 자연스럽게 배수 되어야 한다.

제조사 전문 내용

Did you customer change a deionizer cartridge?
if yes, he has to deaerate many times.

Please deaerate Water-Deionizer-Cartridge, check if external solenoid valve is really close at turn-off status.

Notification for deaeration of cartridge : valid for ÖKO 1000 and ÖKO 2000
Most of our Water-Deionizer cartridges deaerate by themselves. This means, that the air inside the cartridge escapes at waterflow.

For deaeration you have to start any cleaning-program. As long as at the end of filling-action (approx. at 5 liters) error message A2 appears, cartridge is not deaerated enough.
Then you have to start the cleaning program again.

You can speed up this escaping of air, by shaking the cartridge while deaeration-action and also if you change connection "inlet" and "exhaust" while deaeration.

Please note : every time, you change a cartridge, it has got to be deaerated.

Also please check the external solenoid valve exactly. see enclosed pdf.
Here is the explanation :

The external solenoid valve is supplied with mains voltage from mainboard
at the moment, if water has to flow.

Without mains voltage the valve has to be closed. water flow is measured with a
flowmeter.

Error A2 appears at the end of filling action, if the controller cuts off the voltage of the
external solenoid valve, but flowmeter still signals water flow.

Then you have to assume, that external valve is leaky, or that there is air included
between valve and ÖKO, which is able to expand. for checking of tightness of valve,
it will be the best, if you will dismantle the hose at exit of valve, ÖKO shall be out of
action, now open the water tap: water mustn't flow
