Following our promises given to you we are introducing LPKF ProtoFlow, new member of "In-house Rapid Prototyping". Reflow process is a last in chain of SMT process. Following regulations and necessary changes for lead-free soldering process window we developed new product, LPKF ProtoFlow.
You will immediately noticed new design of the ProtoFlow. Following success of a ProtoPlace and ProtoMat S62 also ProtoFlow is designed to complete LPKF Rapid Prototyping family and make your sales easier.
Outstanding performances including simulation of several zones, makes oven almost compatible with hi-end in-line ovens for mass productions. After preheating, reflow phase can be split up to 3 separately temperatur /time zones, what gives operator really large possibility to create innovative, process and material suited profile.

with special 3 step reflow possibility and long term treatments for drying and hardening: 10 out of 30 pre-programmed profiles for lead-free and lead containing soldering, hardening for ProConduct and drying for ProMask;
