본 385 장비는 가장 많이 보급된 Small & Multi SMD Assembly 장비로서, 가능이 다양 하며Application이다양한 장비 입니다.
초정밀 실장이 가능하며 01005 small Chip 부터 CSP. Flip Die Chip 까지 실장 가능 장비 입니다.
특히 uBGA. PLCC 실장 정밀도가 우수하며 Short tape. Bulk 부품등도 실장이 가능합니다.
Feeder는 최대 127개 까지 장착 가능하며, Solder Dispenser을 선택하면 Solder 작업에서 실장까지 소량 다 품종생산에 효율적인 기능을 같고 있습니다.
385 장비 출시는 20년이 넘으며, 다양한 분야의 고객의 사용으로 장비의 안정성 내구성이 좋습니다.
uCAD (univeral Cad) Data의 좌표 값 인식이 가능하므로 보다 빠른 실장 프로그램이 가능 합니다.
장비의 문제 결함 발생시 원격 After Service 기능을 통하여 보다 빠르고 안정적인 장비 사용 실현이 가능 합니다.
장비는 2가지 유형으로 분류 돱나다. 1 or 2 실장 head 선택 되며, 개발 과 양산일 경우 Conveyor을 선택 하여야 합니다. 2장비 모두 기본 Fly Vision의 기능이 있으며, Dvice에 따라 Under Vision을 선택 품목 입니다.
다양한 LED Board 생산일 경우 Solder Dispenser을 추천 드립니다. 이 기능은 Stencil Printer을 교체 작업 없이 실장 Mount 에서 Solder Paste 작업을 한 후, 바로 실장이 가능하므로 효율적인 작업이 가능 합니다.
Solder Dispenser는 2가지 선택 품목이 있으며 일반 Dispenser 정량 토출장치 와 초.정밀 정량 토출 장치 종류가 있습니다. 초정밀 토출 장치는 정밀 Solder Dispenser을 위한 PCB 솔더 공정에 필요로 합니다.

The SMT Pick & Place Machines of AUTOTRONIK series were especially designed for medium and high volume batch sizes. Various models are provided for different applications.
BA385 is using KFTA series feeder same as the feeder used for our BS384, BS391 and BA683 AUTOTRONIK series Pick & Place Machines. By this means most reliability and easy maintenance for all models is guaranteed. Preloaded Ball Screws with Servo Motor system provides high Speed, Repeatability and Stability.
Additionally, the two "Vision on the Fly" alignment heads in BA385 are using Cognex® Vision System, providing high accuracy and easy learning for all different kind of components.
